The Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) with the aim of the optimum servicing of its members and citizens, has determined the following working hours regarding services provided by ETEK.
Daily
08:30 - 13:30
Monday and Wednesday
08:30 - 13:30
15:00 - 17:30*
Working hours during the summer period, and specifically from Monday 04 July 2022 until Friday 02 September 2022:
Monday to Friday: 08:30-14:00
The specific working hours have been implemented with the aim of avoiding the inconvenience of ETEK members and the public and the orderly functioning of ETEK Offices. It is underlined that the implementation of the above working hours concerns all the services provided by ETEK, including the following services:
- Registration of Members
- Members Register (issuing of professional licenses, charges, exemptions etc.)
- Issuing of Written Certificates and other forms
- Treasury
- Accounting Department
*ETEK members and the public are urged to contact ETEK prior to their visit during afternoon hours.
Το Επιστημονικό και Τεχνικό Επιμελητήριο Κύπρου, με στόχο την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση των μελών του αλλά και των πολιτών, σε σχέση με τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει, έχει καθορίσει το ακόλουθο ωράριο:
Καθημερινά

Η εφαρμογή του συγκεκριμένου ωραρίου εξυπηρέτησης έχει σκοπό την αποφυγή ταλαιπωρίας των μελών και την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας του ΕΤΕΚ. Επισημαίνεται ότι η εφαρμογή του ωραρίου αφορά όλες τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει το ΕΤΕΚ οι οποίες περιλαμβάνουν:
- Εγγραφές Μελών
- Μητρώο Μελών (έκδοση ΑΑΕ, χρεώσεις, απαλλαγές κ.τ.λ.)
- Έκδοση εγγράφων βεβαιώσεων και άλλων εντύπων
- Ταμείο
- Λογιστήριο
