These mini-courses are specifically designed for urban planners, designers, policymakers, and related professionals seeking to enhance their skills in integrated, evidence-based, and participatory spatial planning. The mini-courses will have a hybrid format, with the opportunity to participate in person or online.
Practitioners will gain valuable competencies in applying advanced tools and methods—such as GIS-based analyses using the Space Syntax Toolkit in QGIS, Urban Calculator for centrality and accessibility analysis, and participatory design processes—to address the intertwined challenges of climate resilience, mobility, and urban life in contemporary European cities. By participating, they will strengthen their ability to interpret complex spatial data, co-create inclusive strategies with diverse stakeholders, and integrate innovative analytical techniques into their everyday planning and design practices.
