Required qualifications and experience:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the development of highly detailed drawings for architectural plans, elevations, sections and all the details.
  2. Deal with the various sub-contractors and organise the workflow between the teams.
  3. Coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
  4. Liaise with construction team for any clarifications and provide assistance in regard to the details on the drawings until the completion of the construction
  5. Prepare drawings and present ideas for reviewing
  6. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
  7. Develop final construction plans that show the building appearance as well as details for construction
  8. Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations and planning laws
  9. Make necessary changes through the planning process
  10. Prepare architectural solutions and construction details

Requirements:

  1. Recognised university degree in Architecture
  2. Member of ETEK
  3. At least 5 years professional experience in Architecture, Detail Design and Technical Office environment
  4. Excellent knowledge of software: AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  5. Fluency in both Greek and English languages
  6. Ability to meet deadlines
  7. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  8. Prior experience with large-scale masterplans and early-stage concept designs will be considered an advantage
  9. Knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to residential and commercial development in Cyprus, will be considered a significant advantage

Remuneration:

A competitive renumeration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
