Education Requirements

• BEng in Civil Engineering
• Excellent computer skills
• Fluent in both Greek and English.

Experience/ Skills Requirements

• Significant working experience of at least 5 years in the construction sector
• Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, and methods
• Proficiency using AutoCAD, Ms Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of structural analysis software - Fespa will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong managerial and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills
• Team working/leadership skills

Duties Include but are not limited to

• Project management;
• Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures;
• Tendering Procedures (prepare documents, invite tenders, tender analysis etc);
• Managing budgets, planning and project resources.
• Quality control;
• Site Coordination;
• Safety analyses;
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, etc;
