Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία*:

Degree in Architecture or other similar degrees / diplomas. Applications without degree will also be considered if they hold relevant diploma or have relevant experience in the field.
Excellent knowledge of Autocad.
Organised with a good attention to detail.
Able to work within a team and independently.

Responsibilities involve (but not limited to):

Producing concept and detailed drawing packages of civil and environmental engineering projects (including infrastructure, residential houses, photovoltaic plants, industrial facilities and other).
Preparation of permit and licensing applications including necessary documentation required for the licensing of projects. This includes Town Planning Permit and Building Permit for projects such as infrastructure, residential houses, industrial facilities, photovoltaic plants and CERA license for photovoltaic parks.
Project management, maintaining project schedule, proactive and able to manage own workload, responsible for the smooth completion of a project.
