Εταιρεία ζητά να προσλάβει Quantity Surveyor

Εργοδότης:

A. Demetriades & Partners LLC

Τίτλος θέσης:

Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years of working experience.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree(minimum 2:2 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or in Civil Engineering
• Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives
• Good organisation skills; Competent in time management and achieving deadlines 
• Professional work ethics 
• Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English

Καθήκοντα:

Pre and post contract responsibilities such as:

• Preparation of cost estimates
• Preparation of tender documents (BoQ, information to tenderers etc)
• Preparation of monthly valuations
• Pricing of variations
• Preparation of final account
