Façade Site Manager

Requirements:Company
is looking for a façade site manager to be based in high-end projects in Limassol and monitor the progress of the projects.

• Proven experience with managing all phases of large and complex façade packages.
• Solid understanding of façade design and detailing, relevant performance.
• In-depth knowledge of façade materials, methods of manufacture and installation, materials and testing.
• Good knowledge of façade production and installation processes including interfacing with other trades.
• Accustomed to factory (including abroad) and site visits for QA and progress checks, relevant reporting.
• Degree level or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Chair design and site progress meetings, produce minute and track/conclude actions
• Review and commenting/approval of package issued documentation: including without limitations drawings, reports, Technical queries, Requests for Information, safe system of works and risk assessments, etc.
• Collaborate with the package quantity surveyor for package cost control
• Conduct Day-to-day liaison with the design team and specialist contractor team for all design, production and installation matters.
• Carry out off-site and on-site inspections to assess production status, ensure quality of manufacturing and installation including testing and benchmarking, relevant reporting
• Coordinate and monitor all package site activities, in partnership with other package managers and with due consideration to other packages
• Track progress vs. package programme, identify and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
