Company invites applications for the position of Construction Manager - Clerk of Work.

Manager - Clerk of Work (Full-time)

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Civil Engineering Degree
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Read and understand construction details
• Oversee the construction process and report any problems that arise
• Coordination of subcontractors - oversee installations and report any issues to the Architects
• Control of contract bill of quantities
• Coordination of material, quantities and orders
• Ensure the implementation of the construction contract
• Ensure that the schedule of works is followed as per the construction contract
• Use of 2D and 3D CAD software (knowledge of AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD will be an advantage)

Benefits: Salary
based on experience.

Location: Various
construction sites and at their offices in Limassol.
