Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία:

• BEng/MEng registered with ETEK

• Familiarity with UK construction Codes of Practice, Building Regulations, British Standards, Health and Safety legislation

• Legionella Responsible Person trained (highly desirable)

• Must be time served from a mechanical maintenance background

• Training or knowledge of technical compliance would be an advantage

• IT literate.

Job Purpose

The Technical Compliance Technician will report to our Technical Compliance Engineer. This is a critical post in ensuring we meet appropriate compliance requirements with regards Legionella Management of designated assets across our sites in Cyprus. The post holder will be part of the Assets, Plans & Compliance Department. They will undertake Deputy Legionella Responsible Person (RP) duties in accordance with the extant Code of Practice and provide specialist and professional advice and guidance to our Client, end users, Mitie colleagues and Contractors. They will work collaboratively and proactively with our Client, end users, Mitie colleagues and Contractors to ensure a safe, legal and compliant system in place in accordance with the extant Legionella Management Plans. They are also required to provide technical oversight and assistance to other departments as required. They may be required to deputise for the Technical Compliance Engineer in their absence and assume their role and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for:

• Identification of associated risks,

• Assisting with the implementation of control scheme for all water systems within scope,

• Assurance and management,

• Risk Assessment,

• Compliance, Monitoring and Testing, and

• Assisting with investigations and incidents.
