A. Demetriades & Partners LLC is seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years of working experience.

Following qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree(minimum 2:2 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or in Civil Engineering

-Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives

-Good organisation skills; Competent in time management and achieving deadlines

-Professional work ethics

-Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English

Daily duties:

Pre and post contract responsibilities such as:

-Preparation of cost estimates

-Preparation of tender documents(BoQ, information to tenderers etc)

-Preparation of monthly valuations

-Pricing of variations

-Preparation of final account
