Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία:

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
OR
Any related diploma or certificate, which is considered an advantage, combined with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in roles related to collecting and evaluating quotations for materials and subcontractors.
Solid knowledge of the construction market in Cyprus, including materials and subcontractors.
Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and measurement principles.
Experience reading and interpreting tender documents, specifications, and contractual terms, with the ability to highlight critical points.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, structured worksheets, comparisons, data accuracy).
Working experience with AutoCAD or similar.
Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external collaborators.
Ability to extract needed information politely and effectively from colleagues and stakeholders.
High attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in measurements and data handling.
Strong teamwork mindset, reliability, and willingness to support the wider estimating department.
