Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία:

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate Management, or another relevant field supported by real estate experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in property valuations and/or advisory valuation services.
Member of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK).
Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will be considered an advantage.
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, property legislation, planning regulations, and industry practices.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
